A member of the World Association of Chefs' Societies ( WACS) and the AMERICAN CULINARY FEDERATION,
Chef Maurice heads a team of executive Chefs, and specializes in many cuisines; American, French, German, Creole, SOUL

All of our Creations are prepared from scratch, we do not use pre-cooked, frozen or canned products,
Our foods are hand picked and selected by Chef Maurice for maximum flavor and taste. Only the prime meats, fresh
fruits, vegetables and spices are selected for you and our chef. Our smoked seafood and barbecued meats are slow cooked, using
cured oak and other nut and fruit woods, for natural smoke taste and flavor. No artificial flavors here. Chef Maurice,
is also a commercial fisherman, so you can be assured, your seafood choices will always be fresh. Our motto "
